Risk analysis system and critical control points
The quality of our products is certified by the application of the H.A.C.C.P. self-control system, which guarantees the wholesomeness of the numerous preparations through the control of the entire production process. The application of H.A.C.C.P. methodologies therefore contributes to maintaining high standards in terms of safety and production.

ICEA Organic
Institute for Ethical and Environmental Certification
The “Calabria & Calabria” company is certified for organic production by the ICEA Control Body. The Bio ICEA certification is a guarantee of reliability and traceability of raw materials and finished product “from the Earth to the Table”, thus obtaining product quality and protection for the consumer.

I.G.P
Tropea Red Onion
We are subject to the direct control of the Consortium for the Protection of the “Red Onion of Tropea Calabria I.G.P.” as processors and packers of onion bearing Protected Geographical Indication. In fact, we prepare many tasty items based on the sweetest red onion, both under our brand and under the brand of third parties. We also transform the onion that the farms registered in the protection consortium decide to confer into finished products in order to have the possibility of selling delicious specialties all year round.

Bergamot, chilli pepper and ‘Nduja
We are members of the Italian Chili Pepper Academy and the Spilinga ‘nduja Consortium as we strongly believe in the value of the products that have always distinguished our Region. We use bergamot in many recipes, a very fragrant and highly prized citrus fruit from Reggio which enriches the most important perfume brands in the world with its essence.
